TASIS Announces 2023–2024 Winter Athletics Awards

At a High School assembly hosted by the TASIS Athletics Department on the afternoon of March 22, Athletic Director Masa Yo ’04 and the winter coaches presented awards to standout members of the badminton, basketball, and swimming teams.

Dr. Siri Ofstad ’10 on the Urgent Need To Address Climate Change

A marine biologist and environmental consultant at COWI in Norway, Dr. Ofstad addressed the senior class in the Palmer Cultural Center on the evening of March 18 and spent two days visiting environmental science and biology classes. Her visit marks the fourth and final installment of the 2023–2024 TASIS Speaker Series.

An Unforgettable Journey to Kenya for TASIS Students

Nineteen High School students and four faculty chaperones traveled to Muhuru Bay for an Opsahl Global Service Program trip in February and worked closely with the Women's Institute for Secondary Education and Research (WISER). TASIS Creative Specialist Graham Pearsall chronicled the action in a powerful video.

TASIS IB Students Prepare for Exams in Siena

A Special Week for TASIS Performing Artists

TASIS was delighted to welcome distinguished a cappella group The Princeton Footnotes and three cast members of West Side Story for a variety of performances and workshops between January 21–24.

64 Nations Represented in TASIS Parade of Flags

TASIS kicked off International Week 2024 on the morning of January 22 with a beautiful Opening Ceremony that included a Parade of Flags, the presentation of Torch Awards, and two excellent musical performances. Learn more and watch the full ceremony.

TASIS Elementary School Theater Presents “Jenny and the Paper Pirates”

Led by Ms. Julie Frazier-Smith and Ms. Melody Tibbits Zanecchia, Elementary School students delivered outstanding performances of the original musical in the Palmer Cultural Center on the evenings of January 18–19. Watch the premiere and learn who was involved in this impressive production.
