When we celebrated our 60th anniversary last summer, the highlight of the weekend was a special production of MCF: What a Life!, the original musical by Todd Fletcher that premiered in 2000 and had not been performed since 2011. We are delighted to announce that a recording of the musical is now available.

Ms. Carolyn Heard

Shu Ye ’18 interviewed veteran Architecture & Design and Art History Teacher Mr. Mark Aeschliman, who has degrees in English, Fine Art, Art History, Italian Language & Literature, and Architectural History. Mr. Aeschliman has been at TASIS since 1979 and was the School’s second Khan-Page Master Teacher Award recipient in 2010.

  Anastasia Kolesnikova ’18 sat down with Ms. Carolyn Heard, who received the School’s inaugural Khan-Page Master Teacher Award in 2009. Ms. Heard chairs the English as an Additional Language (EAL) Department and is known for helping her students achieve exceptional results on the International Baccalaureate (IB) exams.

Aurelia Dochnal ’19 interviewed High School English Teacher Dr. Christopher Love, who has a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the University of Michigan and taught at universities in both the United States and Turkey before coming to TASIS in 2012.

  Ekaterina Plotnikova ’18 sat down with Middle and High School Science Teacher Ms. Amy Bloodworth, who has made coding and robotics a key component of the Middle School Science curriculum and was the recipient of the 2016 Khan-Page Master Teacher Award.
