Changes to your child's shuttle schedule
If a parent/guardian wishes to make changes to a child’s shuttle schedule for a particular day (example: doctor's appointment, play date), he or she must notify the School via the Student Attendance & Transportation Request Form in the Veracross Parent Portalbefore 12:00 on the given day.
If your child is absent from school, you do not need to notify the school about the shuttle schedule via the Veracross form.
Middle and High School Students
Once enrolled in the Shuttle Service, Middle and High School students may use the service as they please, however, changes to a student's shuttle route must be reported via the Student Attendance & Transportation Request Form in the Veracross Parent Portal. Additionally, any student who would like to use the shuttle service on a given day who is not already registered with the service, must have authorization from their parents via the Student Attendance & Transportation Request Form.
Conditions for Unaccompanied Child Authorization
By authorizing your child to wait unattended at the shuttle stop during pick up and drop off times, you assume responsibility for all risks when the child is not on the shuttle bus.
Unaccompanied Child Policy
If the parent/guardian cannot be at the pre-arranged pick-up/drop-off location on a given day, he or she must arrange for another adult to be with the child and must inform Shuttle Coordinator Ms. Svetlana Koreshkova directly (email@example.com or 079 234 4378).
If no parent/guardian is waiting for a child at the afternoon drop-off location, no alternative arrangements have been made, and the parent/guardian is not reachable by phone, the shuttle driver will bring the child back to TASIS.
Unaccompanied Child Policy for Pre-K and Kindergarten Students
Students in Grades Pre-K and Kindergarten must be accompanied by an adult when pick-up and dropped-off at a TASIS shuttle stop.
